Welcome to Share Your Truck (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.
“Customer/User” refers to any individual or business booking full or partial truck space through the app.
“Truck Owner/Transporter” refers to verified vehicle owners or operators offering transport services through the Platform.
“Booking” means a confirmed order placed by a customer to transport goods.
“Services” means all features offered through the Share Your Truck platform including truck space booking, pricing comparison, tracking, and communication between parties.
“Goods” means any item or shipment transported through a booking made on the app.
Share Your Truck is a digital intermediary platform that connects Customers with verified Truck Owners for intercity transportation of goods.
We do not own, operate, or control the trucks listed on our platform. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party Truck Owners.
Our role is limited to facilitating communication, providing price transparency, and enabling booking and tracking.
Users must be at least 16 years old to register and use the Platform.
By using the app, you confirm that all details provided during registration are accurate, current, and complete.
Business users must have valid registration and authorization to represent their company.
You must create an account using a valid mobile number and/or email ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All actions performed under your account are deemed to be done by you.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Customers can book either full truck loads or shared space within available trucks.
Truck Owners list their routes, vehicle types, available space, and prices directly on the app.
Customers can compare available options and confirm bookings based on price and delivery schedule.
Payments must be made through the secure payment gateway integrated within the app.
Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price becomes final and binding.
Share Your Truck reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of technical errors, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with policy.
All prices displayed are uploaded by Truck Owners.
Prices may vary depending on distance, route, and type of vehicle.
There are no hidden charges — all applicable taxes and fees will be shown during checkout.
Share Your Truck does not interfere with the pricing decisions of Truck Owners.
The Customer must ensure that goods are ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Truck Owners are responsible for collecting goods from the common pickup points and delivering them safely to the destination.
Delivery time is based solely on transit duration as no warehousing or storage is involved.
Real-time tracking is available through the app from pickup to delivery.
In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues, both parties will be notified through the platform.
Customers and Truck Owners must:
Provide accurate and complete information for pickup and delivery.
Avoid transporting prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or perishable goods unless lawfully permitted.
Ensure goods are securely packed and labeled before pickup.
Use the app only for lawful and intended purposes.
Maintain professional behavior when interacting through the app.
Customers may cancel a booking before pickup as per the cancellation policy applicable on the app.
Once goods have been picked up, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a stipulated period after deduction of service or cancellation charges.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on Truck Owner’s individual terms.
Share Your Truck is a facilitator and does not assume responsibility for the actual transportation of goods.
We are not liable for:
Damage, loss, or theft of goods during transit.
Delays due to accidents, traffic, weather, or government restrictions.
Miscommunication or disputes between Customer and Truck Owner.
Customers are advised to insure high-value goods before shipment.
Any claims for damage or loss must be addressed directly with the Truck Owner.
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Upload false, misleading, or offensive information.
Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Misuse ratings, reviews, or communication channels.
Use the app to transport restricted materials (arms, explosives, narcotics, etc.).
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All content, design, and software on the Share Your Truck platform are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the app without prior written consent.
Truck Owners retain ownership of their listed content (e.g., pricing, vehicle details).
Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to such processing for service delivery, verification, and communication.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Share Your Truck, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising out of:
Misuse of the platform
Violation of these Terms
Breach of third-party rights
Misrepresentation or unlawful transport activities
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the user for the booking in question.
We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent or abusive activities; or
Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Users may also delete their account at any time through the app.
In case of any dispute between Customer and Truck Owner, our team may assist in mediating communication but is not legally obligated to resolve such disputes.
For legal purposes, any dispute shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The revised version will be effective from the date of posting on the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Share Your Truck facilitates goods transportation between cities across India through registered and verified truck owners.
Once a booking is made through the app, you will receive a digital confirmation containing:
Truck details
Driver contact information
Estimated pickup and delivery times
Goods will be picked up directly from the common pickup point (in case of shared space) or your pickup address (in case of complete truck booking) and delivered to the destination without warehousing or storage delays.
Estimated delivery time depends solely on transit duration, as the app eliminates intermediate warehousing.
You can track your shipment in real-time through the app until delivery is complete.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or government regulations. In such cases, our support team will keep you informed.
While all transport partners are verified and expected to handle goods responsibly, Share Your Truck is a digital facilitator and shall not be held directly liable for damage, delay, or loss caused during transit. Customers are advised to ensure goods are packed securely and insured where applicable.
